Terms and Conditions / Assumption of Risk Agreement – Taste of the City Gourmet LLC d/b/a Fish N Drop
By entering FishN Drop Lounge, all private membership guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Assumption of Risk: Members voluntarily assume all risks associated with their presence and activities on the premises, including but not limited to consumption of food, beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), smoking (if applicable), or participation in any activities, entertainment, or social interactions.
- No Liability: Taste of the City Gourmet LLC d/b/a Fish N Drop, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injuries, allergic reactions, accidents, or damages to personal property arising from or related to your visit.
- Conduct & Responsibility: Members are responsible for their own behavior and must comply with all laws and venue rules. Fish N Drop reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone acting irresponsibly.
- Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taste of the City Gourmet LLC d/b/a Fish N Drop from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of their actions or presence at the premises.
- Alcohol & Smoking: If consuming alcohol, members must be of legal drinking age and drink responsibly. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas (if applicable).
- Membership Agreement: By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are a member of Fish N Drop’s private membership and understand that these terms apply to all members.
